Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Hiring – 2–8 Years – Noida
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer management. The role involves driving strategic hiring initiatives, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities –
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Identify and engage active as well as passive candidates using job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with business and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments focusing on technical fit, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain regular candidate engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights including talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
Requirements –
- 2–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with strong exposure to headhunting.
- Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment with strong closure capability.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
- Target-driven and detail-oriented approach toward recruitment delivery.
