Summary –
We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to drive global growth initiatives in the Crypto, Blockchain, and FinTech ecosystem. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, market positioning, and leading high-performing teams to scale global operations.

Responsibilities –

  1. Define and execute the overall business development and global expansion strategy aligned with company objectives.
  2. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market entry initiatives across Crypto, DeFi, Web3, and Blockchain Infrastructure sectors.
  3. Lead, mentor, and scale business development and relationship management teams while establishing KPIs and performance frameworks.
  4. Build and manage C-level client relationships, enterprise sales pipelines, and institutional partnerships to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  5. Oversee governance, compliance, CRM optimization, reporting structures, risk management processes, and deliver strategic insights to leadership.

Requirements –

  1. 12–15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Strategic Partnerships.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in Crypto, Blockchain, FinTech, or Financial Services.
  3. Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing teams.
  4. Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, DeFi, tokenomics, blockchain infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
  5. Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management skills with CRM and sales reporting expertise.
