Responsibilities

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
2. Architect and design enterprise-grade solutions while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and Data Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Drive end-to-end development, testing, and deployment using Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, and other cutting-edge technologies.
5. Optimize code for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience working on Java development in a professional environment.
2. Proficiency in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
3. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure).
4. Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and coding efficiency.
5. Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
