Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies for high-volume hiring(International process-Voice, Non-voice and blended) across various business units
Lead a team of recruiters and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
Requirements
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition(5+ years in volume hiring), with a focus on volume hiring
Proven track record of managing a team of recruiters and delivering on hiring targets
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
