We are seeking a seasoned leader to head Design Management and Statutory Approvals for large-scale real estate projects. The role will ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and seamless stakeholder coordination aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities –
Lead end-to-end design management and statutory approvals for real estate projects, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

1. Drive master planning, concept, and detailed design across projects
2. Secure and manage all statutory and regulatory approvals with zero penalties
3. Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives
4. Manage internal stakeholders, consultants, and external authorities
5. Oversee risk management, change control, reporting, and team leadership

Requirements –

1. B.Arch or BE Civil (mandatory)
2. Postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning or Project Management is preferred but not mandatory
3. Minimum 20 years of experience in real estate projects in Maharashtra
4. Strong expertise in building codes, regulations, and statutory approval processes
5. Proven experience in design and approvals for large-scale real estate developments
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Primavera / MSP, and project management tools
