Responsibilities -

1. Leading performance marketing and CRM initiatives across digital channels to drive lead generation, reactivation, and customer engagement.
2. Developing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions across Google, Meta, and affiliate platforms.
3. Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Managing marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and derive actionable insights.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to create impactful campaigns, enhance audience targeting, and improve the overall marketing funnel.

Requirements -

1. 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRM, and digital growth.
2. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and affiliate campaign management.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, A/B testing, and CRO.
4. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
5. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
