The role involves high-impact market intelligence, executive talent mapping, and strategic research support for international projects.

Responsibilities –

1. Supporting live executive search mandates by conducting market mapping, target identification, and candidate research.
2. Building comprehensive company and industry landscapes using internal and external intelligence sources.
3. Developing high-quality client deliverables including longlists, mapping reports, benchmarking documents, and presentations.
4. Tracking market movements, leadership changes, and industry developments to generate actionable insights.
5. Collaborating with global consultants in defining search strategies and strengthening sector-specific knowledge repositories.

Requirements –

1. Postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
2. 5+ years of experience in consulting, industry research, or professional services with exposure to technology and industrial sectors.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
4. Excellent analytical thinking, conceptual ability, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
