We are hiring a seasoned Head – Project Management to lead end-to-end aerospace programs across new product development, production, and delivery. This leadership role will drive project excellence, customer satisfaction, cost optimisation, and team capability development within a high-growth aerospace manufacturing environment.

Location – Mumbai

Responsibilities –

1. Lead complete lifecycle management of aerospace programs from requirement capture and proposal to development, production, and delivery.
2. Ensure adherence to contractual timelines, cost targets, quality standards, and technical specifications.
3. Act as the primary interface with key aerospace customers, managing reviews, negotiations, and escalations.
4. Own budget planning, resource forecasting, risk mitigation, and project-wise financial performance.
5. Build and mentor a high-performing project management team while driving compliance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements –

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering.
2. PMP certification (mandatory).
3. 13+ years of experience (Degree) or 15+ years (Diploma) in aerospace program / project management.
4. Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, planning, and raw material management.
5. Proficiency in project monitoring tools such as MS Project and Earned Value Management (EVM).
