Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations:

Track overall business performance and evolve key operational priorities to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

Develop strategies to attract new customers, increase store footfall, and optimize overall business margins.

Identify new business opportunities and potential expansion areas for both retail and e-commerce segments.

Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to create impactful marketing displays and promotional campaigns.

Select and onboard vendors based on key parameters such as price, quality, and delivery performance.

Drive profitability by increasing sales, managing operational controls, and optimizing cost efficiency through data-driven analysis.

Propose measures to enhance business performance by analyzing sales trends and preparing accurate forecasts.

Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, managing expenditures, and monitoring deviations.
Retail Store Operations:

Lead planning and execution of new store launches while maintaining control over budgets and operational efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels, stock purchases, and expenditure to ensure cost compliance.

Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Develop and implement manpower plans aligned with future hiring needs.

Supervise and mentor store teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver superior customer experiences.

Motivate, train, and guide sales personnel for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.

Establish and strengthen a Customer Loyalty Program to boost customer retention and repeat sales.

Ensure consistent customer engagement through excellent service delivery and personalized experiences.
E-Commerce Operations:

Develop and execute strategies to scale the e-commerce business profitably.

Utilize analytics and web insights to identify buying trends, forecast demand, and enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure optimal website speed, uptime, and performance.

Oversee product listing optimization, imagery, and content accuracy to enhance visibility and conversions.

Work closely with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient cash collection.

Monitor online sales, customer reviews, and product performance to identify new opportunities and category expansion.

Implement effective inventory segmentation to balance fast-moving SKUs and minimize excess inventory.

Coordinate with last-mile delivery and customer support teams to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience.

Ensure all operational processes support customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and sustainable online growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Retail, or Marketing.

Experience: 15–20 years of proven experience in the Food/FMCG Retail sector, with expertise in retail store operations and e-commerce management.

Skills: Strategic leadership, vendor management, strong financial acumen, and cross-functional team management.

Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and e-commerce analytics tools.
