Is a specialist research, analytics, and advisory firm that helps clients with custom knowledge solutions to identify and realize global market growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential investments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify organizational development needs.
- Design and implement programs to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Develop and optimize organizational structures to align with business goals.
- Provide recommendations on workforce planning and talent allocation to improve efficiency
- Draft, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Develop procedures and guidelines to support consistent policy implementation.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support HR initiatives.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on OD, organizational design, and compensation and rewards
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
