Responsibilities:

1.Working in Talent Management, PMS, L&D. campus engagements & other verticals of HR

2. Investigating core talent problems in the organization, challenge assumptions and come up with innovative solutions.

3. Exploring ideas to take the Talent story to the next level.

4. Ideate & setup never-before-thought Talent journeys

 

 Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in any 2-3 HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or HR Operations.

  • Graduates from TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD, IMDI, or other reputed Tier 2 colleges.

  • 2022-2023 passouts only.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to HR initiatives.
