Incident manager opportunity for someone who is having rich hands in Global Incident management . The client is looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in problem management.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supporting Field IT and Operation Partners in resolving and communicating high-severity problem impacts, defining root cause, and driving tasks to remove future risk.
Working in a Linux/Unix environment. Possess Scripting skills or have desire to learn them; specifically, Python, Perl, or Shell.
Technical experience in one or more IT related fields including networking, Linux administration, Microsoft administration, and/or Cisco network configuration and management
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years in Global Incident Management
5+ years in Problem Management experience.
Experience supporting Field IT and Operation Partners in resolving and communicating high-severity problem impacts, defining root cause, and driving tasks to remove future risk.
Must have certifications in CCN, CCNA.
