Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of Sales Revenue and Business Development activity defined targets
  • Driving sales growth from Sugar Mills, E-Commerce and Organized Retail Customers in the region.
  • Create and build upon new focused product sales opportunities in Sugar Mills
  • Collect and share market information including all developments that impact sales revenue like competitors’ activities, customers’ needs etc.
  • Focus on field activities like Product Demonstrations, improve product liquidation by executing marketing campaigns which are co-created with marketing team
  • Technical Knowledge on Agrochemicals w.r.t usage in different Crops
