Responsibilities –
Collaboration with business representatives to understand business requirements.
Identifying business opportunities by evaluation business processes
Producing and reviewing functional specifications for IT applications and infrastructure.
Supporting the development of business cases for new IT services and solutions.
Participating in testing to ensure solutions meet specifications and requirements.
Updating in terms of relevant business application solution.
Positive collaboration with IT Solutions team.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s or Masters’s in Analysis, Lean, process or relevant field.
Experience in supporting customer groups with IT solutions.
Experience in developing/designing IT solutions (application/infrastructure)
Experience in preparing and delivering business cases.
