IT Service Management and Vendor Coordination
Risk Identification, Assessment, and Remediation Leadership
Vendor and Outsourced Partner Management
Team Leadership and Development
Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, risk identification, vendor management in a complex environment
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and risk assessment processes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, and project management abilities
Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CRISC) are a plus
Experience in Azure DevOps (build and support)
