Seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in modern cloud-based architectures to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design and build scalable server-side solutions, develop microservices, and ensure high-performance APIs that power our front-end experiences. You’ll lead and mentor engineers, champion best practices, and drive engineering excellence across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build high-performance backend services within a modern cloud environment.
• Develop scalable microservices, reusable components, and integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-grade software with strong DevOps, SRE, and Agile principles.
• Champion engineering excellence, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in algorithms, data structures, and OOP.
• Expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, REST, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience with GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and automated testing practices.
• Knowledge of Kafka, databases (BigQuery, Spanner, PostgreSQL, SQL/NoSQL), and cloud-native tooling.
