Associate Director-HRBP-10+ years-Mumbai

An excellent opportunity for a dynamic HR Business Partner to step into a strategic and influential Associate Director – HRBP role. Responsibilities

  1. Partner with leaders to shape people strategy through org design, workforce planning, leadership development, and key HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and change management.
  2. Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee concerns while driving engagement programs and managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  3. Lead end-to-end performance cycles while enabling managers with effective feedback and career discussions, and driving improvements through performance trend analysis.
  4. Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent while driving succession planning, capability mapping, and leadership pipeline development. HR Reporting & Analytics
  5. Leverage HR metrics and monitor key KPIs like attrition, engagement, and satisfaction to provide actionable insights and ensure performance alignment.

 Requirements

  1. 9–12 years of strong HR experience with hands-on Core HRBP ownership
  2. Education from good management institutes(Top Management colleges) preferred.
  3. Strong business acumen, critical thinking & problem-solving ability.
  4. Exceptional communication, presentation & global stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
