Responsibilities –

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend microservices and reusable libraries.
2. Work with internal teams to architect modern solutions across cloud-native environments.
3. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and high-performance code with rigorous testing.
4. Apply DevOps, SRE, and Agile best practices to shorten delivery cycles and improve efficiency.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and guide engineers toward structured and robust solutions.
6. Enable continuous improvement by reducing waste and enhancing engineering processes.
7. Support integration and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements –

1. Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, REST, and Microservices architecture.
2. Proven expertise in cloud environments (preferably GCP), Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD (Jenkins/Harness).
3. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
4. Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
5. Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (unit, component, BDD).
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
7. Ability to guide and mentor engineering teams while delivering scalable solutions.
