Responsibilities –

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new software features.
2. Lead efforts to refactor and improve existing legacy systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
3. Contribute to architectural decisions, design discussions, and peer code reviews.
4. Ensure disciplined engineering practices including unit testing, CI/CD, and adherence to coding standards.
5. Stay updated with modern Java technologies, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements –

1. 5–8 years of backend development experience using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
2. Strong understanding of microservices, Docker, and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
3. Experience developing large-scale, highly available backend systems.
4. Proficiency with AWS/GCP, exposure to Kubernetes (K8S), and knowledge of architectural design patterns.
5. Strong communication skills, growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to mentor team members.
