As a Technical Lead, you will:
Design and implement cutting-edge solutions for software products.
Review and ensure the quality of work on complex assignments.
Work with Spring Applications like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, ORM Tools (e.g., Hibernate), and more.
Manage source configuration tools like GIT and SVN.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, quickly adapting to new technologies.
Lead and guide your team in resolving complex problems and developing technical expertise.
Provide timely status reports to the management team.
Prepare technical artifacts and adhere to established processes.
Contribute actively to group discussions and facilitate productive technical meetings.
Organize and prioritize tasks and possess exceptional analytical skills.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Skills Required:
University degree in B.E, B.Tech, MCA, or MSC(CS), preferably in Computer Science/Engineering.
7+ years of Software development experience.
Excellent Knowledge and experience working with Java, J2EE, Microservices, Junit, Bootstrap or PrimeNG, Angular 6/8, SQL (Oracle or MySQL).
Expressive and outspoken with excellent communication skills and email etiquette.
Knowledge of Redmine, Configuration Management tools (e.g., Git), and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge/experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment architecture.
