B2B Sales Manager | Interior Solutions, Hardware & Appliances | 3+ Years | Mumbai
We are looking for a high-energy B2B Sales professional to drive business volumes, manage channel partners, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure effective working capital management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-led sales environments and enjoys building long-term B2B partnerships.
Location – Mumbai

Responsibilities –
1. Achieve B2B sales targets and business volumes as per the defined plan.
2. Drive working capital efficiency through timely payment follow-ups and accurate documentation.
3. Control stocks and discounts to enhance contribution margins and profitability.
4. Appoint, manage, and strengthen channel partners and wholesale dealers.
5. Extract incremental business from existing channels aligned with business objectives.
6. Manage and grow key customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships.
7. Improve customer engagement to increase enquiry base and repeat business.
8. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance for audits and internal reviews.
Requirements –
1. BE in any discipline or Graduate in any discipline.
2. MBA in Marketing preferred.
3. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, channel management, or key account handling.
4. Exposure to interior solutions, hardware, appliances, or allied B2B industries is an advantage.
5. Strong result orientation, customer centricity, and collaboration skills.
