Responsibilities 

1. Prepare, develop, and manage client proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs in alignment with business requirements. 
2. Leverage advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to create compelling and visually appealing deliverables. 
3. Conduct in-depth research, benchmarking, and analysis to support decision-making and enhance proposal quality. 
4. Engage with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and marketing to gather inputs and ensure seamless collaboration. 
5. Support solution development, deal tracking, and optimization initiatives for pre-sales processes. 
6. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder management and project-related communications. 
7. Champion innovation by maintaining updated knowledge of market trends and best practices in proposal development and bid management. 

 Requirements 

1. A bachelor’s degree, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in KPO/BPO domains. 
2. Proven expertise in bid management, RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal support. 
3. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating effective business presentations. 
4. Analytical mindset with strong skills in research, data analysis, and benchmarking. 
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
6. Previous experience in any of the following sectors is a plus: logistics, supply chain, or asset management.
