We are looking for a Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience working with international clients and multi-vendor environments. Responsibilities

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and ensure seamless implementation within Duck Creek Claims.
2. Assist BAs and Testing teams in creating functional and regression test suites.
3. Validate business applications to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
4. Maintain high-quality documentation including RTM, FSD, change requests, backlog logs, query logs, and SharePoint updates.
5. Collaborate with international clients and manage communication across multi-vendor delivery environments.
6. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support solution enhancements and system improvements.

Requirements

1. Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a reputed IT organization.
2. 8+ years of experience in the insurance domain with knowledge of the complete insurance value chain—Submission, Quotes, Policy Bound, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Reinsurance.
3. Prior experience in P&C insurance and managing global client engagements.
4. Strong documentation and requirement-gathering capabilities.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
