Lead Specialist- Career Consulting Delivery (Employee Research)- 3-6 years- Gurgaon
This role gives an opportunity to collaborate, create, target and deliver high quality surveys and combines project and stakeholders management, analytical and research skills.
Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities
1. Cooperating with internal and external clients globally to deliver high quality employee engagement products
2. Creating and testing online questionnaires in multiple foreign languages.
3. Coordinating distribution of surveys and maintaining high quality of delivered reports
Requirements
1. Experience in data analysis/ and preparing statistical reports.
2. Graduation preference-quantitative/ statistics/ sociology and knowledge of Qualtrics (or similar survey tool)
3. Hands on experience of MS office (Excel/ word/ Power point)
4. Good knowledge of tools like SPSS/ R /Python/VBA is desirable.
5. Qualtrics or similar tool knowledge is must
