Responsibilities -
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of the reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop, review, and manage key RTR/R2R processes, ensuring robust internal controls and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare financial reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve variances in a timely manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process flow and improve financial reporting efficiency.
- Deliver internal reports and provide analysis/recommendations to senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Support statutory audits and ensure adherence to internal audit standards and requirements.
Requirements -
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Record To Report (RTR), Reconciliations, or R2R processes.
- Deep understanding of accounting standards and proficiency in reconciliation procedures, financial reporting and balance sheet management.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of relevant financial tools/software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
