Responsibilities - 

1. Ensure end-to-end ownership of the reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial regulations.
2. Develop, review, and manage key RTR/R2R processes, ensuring robust internal controls and standard operating procedures.
3. Prepare financial reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve variances in a timely manner.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process flow and improve financial reporting efficiency.
5. Deliver internal reports and provide analysis/recommendations to senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
6. Support statutory audits and ensure adherence to internal audit standards and requirements.

Requirements - 

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Record To Report (RTR), Reconciliations, or R2R processes.
2. Deep understanding of accounting standards and proficiency in reconciliation procedures, financial reporting and balance sheet management.
3. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Knowledge of relevant financial tools/software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
