Lead Specialist -Talent Acquisition-7+ years-Bangalore

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end hiring across lateral, leadership, and BFSI roles. If you excel in stakeholder management, team leadership, and building strong talent pipelines, this role offers the perfect platform to make a high-impact contribution.

Location-Bangalore (Kodigehalli) – Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Responsibilities

  1. Drive full-cycle recruitment for lateral and leadership roles across BFSI and non-IT functions.
  2. Build robust talent pipelines using sourcing strategies across portals, social networks, referrals, and market mapping.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and capability-building.
  4. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
  5. Conduct competency-based interviews while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  6. Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and timely reporting.
  7. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and SLAs.

 Requirements

  1. 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with strong exposure to lateral & leadership hiring.
  2. Proven BFSI hiring experience is mandatory.
  3. Current designation must be Assistant Manager / Team Manager / Team Lead (on paper).
  4. Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a team.
  5. Strong sourcing abilities across multiple channels and platforms.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and process adherence.
  7. Graduation is mandatory.
