Analyst/Associate – Legal Entity Controller – Bengaluru/Mumbai
We are seeking a professional with more than one year of experience in regulatory reporting, risk reporting, financial statement reporting and analysis, reporting to and compliance with numerous critical regulators such as the RBI, HKMA, MAS, and APRA, budgeting and forecasting, including GLRS, and accounting and reporting of legal entity financial statements for US GAAP and local GAAP.

Responsibilities:
Overall oversight including accounting & reporting of legal entity financial statements for US GAAP and local GAAP
FX Risk Management through trade-out and Capital Hedging in accordance with FASB (FAS 52) requirements
Monitoring General Ledger control including attributions, Inter-entity & Investment Equity breaks, IFRS reporting, Budgeting & forecasting including GLRS
Regulatory Reporting in compliance with various US Fed Requirements
Reporting & Compliance with various Critical Regulator like RBI, HKMA, MAS, APRA etc.
Risk Reporting, BASEL, & Capital Management
Reporting Periodic Financial Statement & analysis i.e. BS, PL, Off BS, Volume/Exposure reporting as per various local regulation requirements.
Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant or Equivalent Finance Degree or a subject of a technical nature
1-8 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background
Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management
Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
