This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), order fulfilment, and carrier coordination, looking to grow in a high-impact, data-driven environment.

Location – Pune

Your Future Employer – A globally renowned Business Process Management (BPM) organization with a strong international presence, serving 400+ clients across key industries including Shipping & Logistics, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail. Responsibilities –

1. Manage end-to-end logistics operations across Road, Ocean, or Air transportation modes.
2. Operate and monitor Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Blume.
3. Track order fulfilment SLAs and KPIs to ensure on-time delivery performance.
4. Coordinate with multiple 3PL partners for real-time shipment tracking and issue resolution.
5. Perform root cause analysis for delays and implement corrective and preventive actions.
6. Prepare and present carrier performance and logistics MIS reports.
7. Ensure complete compliance with logistics documentation, audit, and governance processes.
8. Support continuous improvement through process optimization and operational reviews.

Requirements –

1. Experience: 3–5 years in logistics / supply chain / transportation operations.
2. Graduate in any discipline.
3. Strong working knowledge of at least one TMS platform (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Blume).
4. Sound understanding of order management, shipment execution, and SLA adherence.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
