Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the client accounting team to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery.
2. Oversee end-to-end client accounting activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
3. Ensure strict compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards, including IFRS and US/UK GAAP.
4. Manage regulatory and financial reporting requirements while maintaining strong governance and control frameworks.
5. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
6. Build strong client relationships while mentoring team members to support professional development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in client accounting, financial services, or regulatory reporting.
2. Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements and financial reporting.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards, with proven exposure to IFRS and US/UK GAAP.
4. Minimum 1.5 years of team handling experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage performance effectively.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
6. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with proficiency in accounting systems/tools and Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
