Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in the personal care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  2. Identifying and prioritizing the digital channels, platforms, and technologies to maximize brand exposure and ROI.

  3. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.

  4. Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and email campaigns.

  5. Developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and engagement.

  6. Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

  7. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

 

Requirements:

  1. MBA degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the personal care industry.

  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.

  4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
