Responsibilities

• Oversee and support curriculum implementation across assigned schools/centers
• Ensure high-quality lesson delivery and academic standards
• Conduct regular classroom observations, audits, and quality checks
• Plan and execute teacher training programs, inductions, and academic workshops
• Prepare detailed training, audit, and performance reports
• Coach and mentor teachers to improve engagement and learning outcomes
• Recommend strategies to enhance academic efficiency and effectiveness
• Visit centers regularly to monitor compliance and academic performance

Requirements

• 2–7 years of relevant experience in academic management, teaching, or training
• Strong understanding of preschool or K-12 academic frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel across locations as required
