Manager – Environmental Social & Governance
An exciting Job opportunity for a working professional holding 6-8 years of experience of executing research reports on companies in the ESG, climate change and sustainability domain. You will be helping in end-to-end planning and completion of research projects within timeline. Also, you will be working on development and mentoring younger team members.
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Ensuring High quality of ESG analysis and research output on companies
Assist in planning and timely execution of research projects
Co-ordinating and working with internal project teams to deliver final output
Communicating with industry sources for secondary research (modelling and desk research) for respective organization
Analytical interactions with clients, including client presentations for assignment and pitching the assignment delivery
Training and mentoring of younger team members and also working with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
CA/CFA/MBA with BE preferred
6-8 years of experience in Research/ consulting in ESG Space
Ability to undertake high quality analysis and have strong analytical skills
Ability to undertake gap analysis in relation to company’s ESG disclosures
Strong communication and presentation skills
Energetic, positive attitude and ability to work within tight deadlines
Think out of the box mind set, introducing innovative ideas
