Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end F&A operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive organizational decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial operations and enhance process efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance protocols and governance standards, minimizing risks.
- Lead a high-performing team while mentoring and supporting their career development.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other critical analyses to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities to drive cost optimization and value creation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Business Finance and F&A Operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Expertise in financial analysis, operational controls, budgets, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and tools used for financial management.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
