Responsibilities -
- Overseeing and reviewing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Managing direct and indirect taxation, including GST filings and Income Tax.
- Guiding tax planning and optimization strategies for the business.
- Leading the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders on financial reporting and audits.
- Maintaining compliance with corporate laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
- Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, ensuring the timely achievement of goals.
Requirements -
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in GST, Income Tax, and corporate reporting.
- In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software tools and systems like Tally, SAP, or other ERP solutions.
