Responsibilities

1. Driving business growth with large accounts in the AMC and Wealth space to increase revenue share and deepen market penetration.
2. Fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients, overseeing account management, and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.
3. Identifying and engaging with senior-level decision-makers at client organizations to build trust and develop strategic relationships.
4. Leading complex negotiations with C-Level executives to secure commercial and contractual agreements.
5. Developing and assigning sales goals while driving the introduction of new solutions and offerings to the market.

Requirements

1. MBA qualification is required for this leadership position.
2. 8 to 12 years of proven experience in BFSI Sales or B2B Business Development.
3. Proficiency in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, and Strategic Sales Planning.
4. Ability to lead a sales team and keep them informed about market trends and innovative solutions.
5. Track pipeline performance and respond to market demands with relevant products to drive revenue growth.
