Manager-GDS(5+years)
Job opportunity for a professional holding 5+ years of experience in Finance industry research with sound analytical grounding and solid understanding of key risks for different companies and industries. Good communication, presentation skills, and a proven track record in executing analysis on large corporate is a must.

Responsibilities:
Good domain understanding and focus on enhancing the data coverage
Effectively liaison with internal and external stakeholders for timely closure of client requirement
Client management and making presentation of product offering
Experience in end-to-end data management process including data sourcing, data structure and quality control techniques
Handling large teams and client delivery
Lead automation projects
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in their day-to-day operations
Supervise the workflow and resources to effectively accomplish tasks/deliverables and ensure optimized utilization and productivity of team
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output.
Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor and ensure smooth running of the operations.
Skillset Required :
Focus on efficiency through automation and process streamlining
Good interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
Excellent leadership skills and drive to achieve outcomes under stringent timelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of automation and use/scope of new technologies such as R, Python, Tableau to guide the team, are a plus.
Positive attitude with qualities of a team player; capable of working in an international team environment
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude, critical thinking and ability to deal with pressure are essential for this position.
