Manager - HRBP - 7+ Years - Noida 

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with over 7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end HRBP experience, including performance and attrition management, stakeholder management, employee engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, and handling the complete employee lifecycle, along with a minimum of 2 years of team-handling experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and design HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, responsible for attrition management, employee grievance resolution, and driving effective retention strategies, along with talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  3. Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
  4. Develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with compliance standards and workforce planning requirements.
  5. Leverage HR analytics and key metrics to deliver insights that support informed decision-making and performance excellence.
  6. Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring, seamless onboarding, and effective integration of talent.

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. 7+ years of end-to-end HR Business Partnering experience, with strong exposure to performance management, stakeholder management, and strategic HR initiatives.
  3. Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience in an HRBP role is mandatory.
  4. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and drive data-backed decisions using HR metrics and dashboards, along with sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in a fast-paced environment.
