Manager - Life & Annuity Insurance
Looking for a professional having 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7-10 years of experience in Life & Annuity Insurance Domain. The client is largest IT Consulting Services & Business Solutions firm.
Location – Gandhinagar

Responsibilities-
Overseeing, day to day operation of the team and addressing gaps where necessary
Striving for customer satisfaction and good customer experience
Training, staffing coaching, mentoring of the Team members
Ensuring Daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets are met and exceeded
Overseeing incident/escalation management, team activities to ensure time and zero SLA misses
Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire function
Requirements-
LOMA Certification – Recommended
Must have problem Management and analytical skills
Must be well versed with internal/external quality Audits
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, decision making skills, and presentation skills
Must have handled 50 or more team members in the past experience
Lean Six Sigma Green belt Certification- recommended
