Manager-Operational Risk-(5+ years)
Looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in Operational Processes in Life Insurance Industry. Havinggood knowledge of implementation of policy and process to maintain an effective operational risk framework.
Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Managing operational loss database
Providing oversight on key risk areas- Products setups, underwriting.
Supporting design of risk policies
Conducting RCSA for relevant departments.
Overseeing remedial action for Operational risk events and issues.
Requirements:
Master of Business Administration or Equivalent Degree with 5+ years of experience.
Detailed knowledge of operational processes in Life insurance industry
Prior experience in Operational risk management and mitigation or in Business Strategy
Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
