We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for Consulting & Advisory functions. This role is ideal for a strategic TA professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners closely with senior stakeholders, and brings strong market intelligence to build high-quality talent pipelines while strengthening employer brand.

Location- Mumbai(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Consulting & Advisory group functions
2. Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver hiring outcomes
3. Drive hiring excellence by meeting SLAs, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire metrics
4. Act as a consultative advisor by providing hiring insights, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations
5. Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
6. Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication and periodic reporting
7. Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and process effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong experience in Consulting & Advisory hiring
2. Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
3. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
4. Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
