Key Responsibilities

1.Promote the company’s urology product portfolio to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers.
3.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and doctor engagement.
4.Conduct doctor calls, product presentations, and clinical discussions to increase product awareness.
5.Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities while monitoring competitor activities and market trends.

Key Requirements

1.3–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Territory Executive in the pharmaceutical industry.
2.Strong experience or exposure in the Urology therapy segment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing territories effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Science, or a related field.
