Network Security Engineer Lead_8+Years_Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Network Security professional to join the Cybersecurity team as an L3 Network Security Operations Engineer. The role focuses on providing advanced operational support while also contributing to engineering improvements in network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in network security operations, cloud security tools, and automation frameworks.

Location – Gurugram / Bangalore
Shift – 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Fixed)

Responsibilities –

1. Provide L3 operational support by troubleshooting and resolving complex network security issues.

2. Design, configure, and manage advanced security solutions including Firewalls, ZTNA, Secure Web Gateways, and cloud security technologies.

3. Improve operational processes by standardizing methodologies and creating detailed technical documentation.

4. Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks such as Terraform.

5. Monitor and analyse network traffic and security events using SIEM tools such as Splunk.

Requirements –

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in Network Security Operations with exposure to engineering improvements.

2. Hands-on experience with security tools such as Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and Palo Alto Firewalls.

3. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and network security infrastructure management.

4. Experience with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or similar technologies.

5. Strong understanding of network protocols, SIEM tools (Splunk), CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise security architecture.
