Oracle HRIS Lead Solution Specialist – 8+ years – UK Shift -  Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities –

•            Lead the implementation and management of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance) .

•            Act as the primary HRIS support for India HR and Payroll operations, ensuring issue resolution and compliance with local regulations.

•            Collaborate with India HR/Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

•            Partner with the global HRIS team to design, test, and deploy scalable Oracle HCM solutions tailored to India-specific needs.

•            Drive change management and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of Oracle HCM functionalities.

•            Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and proactively enhance system capabilities.

•            Coordinate with integration teams to build and maintain necessary system interfaces and data flows.

 

Requirements –

•            Over 10 years of hands-on experience in HCM application management and implementation

•            Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse leadership audiences

•            Proven project management capabilities, with deep knowledge of SDLC frameworks and a strong focus on accountability and timely delivery

•            Sound decision-making in handling business requests, resolving queries, and managing escalations effectively

•            Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • This is a UK shift Role (12 pm – 9 pm ) with Hybrid work schedule.
