Summary –
This role is focused on end-to-end monthly payroll processing, maintaining payroll ledgers, ensuring compliance with taxation and payroll legislation, and supporting employees with payroll-related queries. An exciting opportunity for an individual with strong payroll knowledge and eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities –

1. Assisting in producing monthly payroll on a timely and accurate basis

2. Administering salary control ledger and season ticket arrangements

3. Reconciling monthly income tax and NI balances

4. Supporting year-end payroll activities and P11D preparation in accurate and timely manner

5. Liaising with internal teams for payroll data coordination and issue resolution

6. Keeping updated with payroll / taxation legislation changes impacting remuneration processing

7. Ensuring payroll procedures are adhering to internal standards, governance norms and compliance requirements

8. Responding to employees’ payroll queries and providing required clarifications

Requirements –

1. Detailed understanding of payroll legislation

2. Experience working on Oracle Payroll / HR software package preferred

3. Strong data accuracy & MS Excel skills

4. Ability to prioritise work and handle deadlines independently

5. Ability to develop strong internal stakeholder relationships
