Deputy Manager - IT Finance Strategic Partners - 10+ Years - Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Deputy Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), specifically within IT projects and technology-driven financial environments, along with at least 5 years of team leadership and people management experience. Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the IT Finance Strategic Partners team.
2. Analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans while tracking IT financial performance, metrics, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across IT investments and project portfolios.
4. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives to support sustainable growth.
5. Collaborate with business units, senior leaders, and IT stakeholders to deliver strong financial insights and recommendations.
6. Prepare and present financial analysis, business cases, and investment proposals to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1. MBA in Finance or CA Inter is required, with a strong academic foundation in financial management.
2. Minimum 10+ years of core FP&A experience, including hands-on financial planning and analysis for IT projects, along with at least 5 years of team leadership and people management experience.
3. Strong understanding of IT cost structures, technology investments, and the ability to closely coordinate with IT teams for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
4. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and high-level Excel and ERP/SAP skills.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence decision-making in a global environment.
6. Proven ability to work independently in remote settings while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
