Role: People Analytics (HR)
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:
Complex data analysis – Integrate and manage large data sets to support decision makers through interpretation of data into relevant observations. Consult with HR leaders to identify key business problems that we can solve through analysis and data transparency
Maintain operational excellence by employing high quality methods of data cleansing and data integrity assurance
Execute on the larger people analytics vision to bring scalable, efficient and automated processes
Develop and track people metrics, create visualizations and perform predictive analytics to provide people insights to HR and business leaders
Actively pursue development and improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools
Develop strong partnerships and relationships; fully accountable for engaging the appropriate HR partners to drive the work and deliver against expected outcomes
Balanced expertise in process design, process re-engineering and project management, including operational improvements at a unit level
What you need to have:
8-10 years of experience overall, minimum 5+yrs in excellent analytical, interpretive skills
Ability to work cross functionally, exert influence, build consensus and achieve measurable results without direct authority
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent objectives of projects while meeting deadlines
