Summary: Looking out for a strategic techno-commercial business leader with at least 10 years of professional experience managing the P&L, revenue and operations of the structural steel manufacturing plant while also identifying avenues for operational cost optimization and business growth for the unit. Should have professional experience in Steel, structural steel or Iron, chemical, pharma, paints etc. manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic, operational and financial leadership and developing strategies with a view on long-term business growth.
- Strategizing and Driving the business growth and P&L for the steel plant.
- Achieving sustained profitable growth for the plant while increasing the production capacity of the plant.
- Managing the procurement as well as ensuring the smooth daily operations of the plant.
- Managing the on-time product dispatch.
Requirements:
- B.Tech + MBA with at least 10 years of professional experience in Steel or Iron, chemical, pharma , paints etc. manufacturing plants.
- Plant operations experience is a must.
- Strategic persona to identify initiatives to achieve cost efficiency for the unit.
- Excellent communications skill.
