PMO Finance – 4+ Years – Gurugram

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global analytics leader where you will play a critical PMO–Finance role, supporting leadership through accurate financial insights, robust governance, and end-to-end financial coordination across large programs.

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

1. Manage monthly and annual invoicing cycles, including actuals, provisionals, accruals, and reconciliations
2. Build, maintain, and present financial forecasts, including re-leveling, variance analysis, and true-up/true-down
3. Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Business Review decks for senior leadership and clients
4. Coordinate with Finance, BI, AR/AP, Procurement, and Program teams for seamless financial operations
5. Track ERP/OTL hours, resource costs, leave management, and ensure invoicing accuracy
6. Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and PMO documentation and dashboards

Requirements

1. Strong experience in financial forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and PMO finance support
2. Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar) and time-tracking tools
3. Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, analysis) and PowerPoint for financial presentations
4. Solid understanding of PO management, vendor invoicing, and invoice clearance processes
5. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
6. Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA preferred)
