Responsibilities 

1. Develop and enhance formulations for hair and skincare products tailored to meet dynamic market demands. 
2. Conduct raw material validation and ensure competitive benchmarking for improved quality and efficiency. 
3. Manage product scale-up processes while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 
4. Troubleshoot issues related to product performance and stability to deliver superior customer satisfaction. 
5. Perform documentation and claim substantiation to support research outcomes and marketing strategies. 
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative product development initiatives effectively. 

 Requirements 

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field. 
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in hair/skincare product formulation and development. 
3. Hands-on experience in product scale-up, troubleshooting, and competitive benchmarking. 
4. Proficient in documentation and claim substantiation processes. 
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
