Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based solutions tailored for Analytics applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative architectural solutions in line with business requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct detailed architectural reviews to ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to assess their relevance and potential integration.
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless delivery of applications.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide leadership in performance tuning, optimization, and scalability.
• Manage and balance system-wide trade-offs to ensure product success, including performance, usability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with Big Data Analytics Frameworks such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools and containerization (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, code optimization, and scalability strategies.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and focus on business value.
• Must have exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence teams.
